This document regulates the online order processing carried out by a customer, which requires the following procedures to be laid down in the general sales conditions. The clauses that make up these general conditions are binding on both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the purchase and sale contract.

The data collected is mandatory and confidential, intended for the billing of purchased products and the dispatch of the order. Despite the security procedures mentioned above, there are risks of using the internet, over which MATREIRA has no control.

1. Products and prices

1.1 The availability of the product and its characteristics must be confirmed at the time of ordering, the information transmitted is subject to possible errors due to technical or human error;

1.2 MATREIRA reserves the right at any time and without prior notification, to modify or replace the available products, their characteristics and the respective prices and conditions specified;

1.3 Subsequent contact with the Customer giving knowledge of the existence of the product and order confirmation (via email);

1.4 If there is a stock out of any ordered product, MATREIRA checks the possibility of replacing the missing item, and within the scope of number 1.3. contact the Customer giving an account of this break, what is the deadline for delivery and if the price of the item changes. The order will only proceed after the consent given by the Customer.

1.5 Any delay in the shipment of items (the Customer is informed of the delivery time under point 1.3), does not confer the right to compensation.

2. Payment and Shipping Costs

2.1 The accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit or debit card and bank transfer.

2.2 MATREIRA uses an SSL Certificate to guarantee the security of your data.

2.3 We ship to Mainland Portugal and the Islands as well as the following countries in EU: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

2.4 Orders for home delivery are subject to delivery charges, when requested for delivery to the indicated address, and the product will be delivered to the door and not on the intended floor.

3. Order cancellation

3.1 In case of product unavailability and / or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.

3.2 The Customer may cancel his order at any time until the shipment of the same, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer will be able to exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided for and indicated below.

4. Returns and non-compliance

4.1 Both in the case of returns due to withdrawal from purchase, or due to the product not being in conformity, you should contact MATREIRA who will provide you with all information about the return process. In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.

4.2 Returns and refunds of value will only be accepted if the product is undamaged (except for damage evidently caused while in transit), does not have any use or use, or is in perfect condition.

4.3 The return of articles must respect the following conditions:

4.3.1 Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging.

4.3.2 Payment of the transport cost in case of return.

4.4 In cases where the Customer considers that at the time of delivery the product was not in the conditions stipulated in the contract, the Customer should contact our services immediately, through our contact form or through the email info @ matreira. com , providing details of the product and the damage it presents.

4.5 After contacting MATREIRA and given the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packed, with original packaging to the following address: Rua da Ladeira, n5, 5150 - 058 Almendra. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those who respect the return conditions will be accepted for return.

The amounts paid for the products returned for any proven damage or defects will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs corresponding to the shipment of the order. The refund will be made by bank transfer to an account to be indicated by the Client. All rights recognized to the Client by the current legislation will, in any case, be guaranteed.

5. Consumer Rights

The customer has, under the law, the right of contractual termination, having a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the order to communicate this wish to MATREIRA unequivocally through email or our form contact. The Customer must ensure that the product packaging is complete (box, product, protection content) and in excellent condition. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer. The refund is made by MATREIRA within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the date on which the termination of the contract is informed. MATREIRA reserves the right not to accept the return of the product if it is not in the same condition in which it was sent.

All purchases made on the website are subject to Portuguese law, more precisely to that contained in Decree-Law No. 24/2014. USE OF THIS SITE

By using this website and placing orders through it, the Customer undertakes to:

1. Use this site only to carry out research and legal orders.

2. Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we believe that an order placed may be fraudulent or false, we will authorize its cancellation and inform the competent authorities.

The User acknowledges and accepts that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided as part of this website are the property of the Company, or of third parties that grant the respective license to use. This does not prevent the User from using this website, to the extent strictly necessary, to copy the information in his order or contact information.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The use of this website and the product purchase contracts made through it are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that may arise or that is related to this website or to the aforementioned contracts will be subject to Portuguese jurisdiction. If the User enters into a contract as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect his rights as such, recognized in the applicable legislation for that purpose.
